Breadth of Breath

With every
step
a breath.
The breath
of life from
footless halls
of air.
It carries
the song
of birds
the scent of
flowers
the winds
of weather
the mists
of Spirit.
With each
in-breath
we join
the dance
of leaves
we inhale
the breadth
of breath
from the prism
on the sky
coursing the
seasons in
our blood.
We live
we breathe.
With each exhale
we mark
our place
on the winds
a journal
of our doing
of our being.
Breathe deeply
